Eat well. Feel better. Love flavor.

I’m Virginia, but you can call me Ginny.

Baking has always been my way to connect—to my Italian roots, to the people I love, and to the simple idea that food should feel both wholesome and joyful.

Baking has always been my way to connect—to my Italian roots, to the people I love, and to the simple idea that food should feel both wholesome and joyful.

Ginny’s Bakehouse started in my kitchen, with a simple intention: to create desserts that feel like home—comforting, balanced, and made with ingredients you can feel good about.

Over time, that intention became personal.

As someone who is sensitive to gluten and dairy, I found myself rethinking the way I bake—focusing on whole-food ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, unrefined sugars, and nourishing flours that feel lighter and more aligned with how I want to eat.

But I also realized something…

This space isn’t just about what I bake.
It’s about what I share.

Today, Ginny’s is where I explore a more mindful way of enjoying desserts—through simple recipes, ingredient insights, and a balanced approach to indulgence.

You’ll find recipes that lean gluten-free and dairy-free, made with intention and flexibility—with the occasional small batch drop, whenever inspiration strikes.

This is my kitchen, shared with you 🤎

With love,
Virginia
